What is a Park-to-Park ticket and how do I get between the parks?
A park-to-park ticket allows you to move freely between the various parks based on which ticket you purchase. You can walk between Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure (approximately 10 minutes) or simply hop on the Hogwarts Express. Designated shuttles are available from City Walk – right outside of the two parks – to Epic Universe and Volcano Bay, which are located about 2.5 miles away.
If I get a multi-day ticket, do I need to visit the parks on consecutive days?
No. You may go to the parks on any days within the redemption window selected at purchase for as many days as you purchased the ticket.
Why is my ticket labeled a “Youth Ticket”?
Tickets will say “Youth Ticket” on them because we are a youth event. Tickets are for ALL ages.
How will I receive my tickets?
All tickets are hard tickets. You will be able to pick them up at the Orlando Marriott World Center beginning on Thursday, June 25. More details for onsite pickup will be available closer to the event.
What happens if I lose my ticket(s)?
Once you have received your tickets, you are responsible for your ticket(s). We recommend that you take a picture of the entire back side of the ticket(s) (the side which includes the bar code). In the event you lose your ticket, you can visit the nearest Guest Services location and show them the picture to receive a new ticket.
