BEFORE THE EVENT:
- 30 Days Prior: No further entries accepted. Ensure your routines are submitted by this date!
- 18 Days Prior: Registration must be finalized. This includes:
- All routines correctly entered
- Full payment completion
- Music uploads completed online
- 7 Days Prior: Competition schedules are published online. Personalized schedules will be accessible in dancer accounts. NEW IN 2025! Take advantage of our special photos and videos pre-pre-order price of $6.99 per routine.
DURING THE EVENT:
- Competition Day: Pre-order photos and videos for $9.99 per routine. Enjoy our free live stream of the competition to catch every moment as it happens.
- One Hour Before Start: Doors open. Larger props can be dropped off at the loading dock.
- Post-Awards: Check out the results on our touchscreen TV right after each awards ceremony.
- Stay updated with our FREE Showstopper App for live event details and resources.
AFTER THE EVENT:
- 1-2 Days Post-Event: Access competition results and judges’ critiques.
- 2-4 Days Post-Event: Photos and videos will be available online for preview and download.
- May 2025: Look out for the release of our 2026 Tour schedule!
- August 2025: Mark your calendars! Registration opens for 2026, and spots won’t last long!
