How to use your prepaid code (for New Users)

Detailed instructions on how to use your prepaid code (for New Users)
1. Go to a desktop or laptop with an internet connection. (iPad users see “Note:” below)
2. Go to http://www.goshowstopper.com
(Windows 10 Users – In Microsoft Edge, click the 3 dots “…” in the upper right hand corner, then click “Open with Internet Explorer”.)
3. Click the purple “REGISTER” button
4. Under MY SHOWSTOPPER, click “LOGIN”
(Note: if you have a Teacher Express Lane email address and password go to step 8.)
5. Click “NEW USER?”
6. Fill in the fields and click the “SUBMIT” button
7. Click the blue “here” word
8. Type your email address and password and click “LOG IN”
9. In the Main Menu, click the button that says, “USE YOUR PREPAID CODE”
10. Choose your city location and click “NEXT”
11. Click each checkbox of the videos and/or photos you would like to download and click “NEXT”
12. Type in your Prepaid Code and click “REVIEW”
13. Click “COMPLETE ORDER”
14a. Windows Users – Right click a picture and click “Save target as…” or “Save link as…”
14b. Mac Users – Hold the “Control” key on your keyboard and click a picture. Click “Download Linked File As…” or “Save Link As…”

Note: iPad users can copy their videos from a desktop/laptop to their iPad using the USB cord that comes with the iPad

How to see videos for a different dancer if you have more than one child
1. In the Main Menu, click “MY DANCERS”
2. In the ADD A DANCER section, fill in the fields and click the “ADD” button
3. In the Main Menu, click “USE YOUR PREPAID CODE”
4. Follow steps 10 – 14 above

How to Re-download your routines again (after you’ve already typed in your prepaid code)
1. In the Main Menu, click “RE-DOWNLOAD YOUR ROUTINES”
2a. Windows Users – Right click a picture and click “Save target as…” or “Save link as…”
2b. Mac Users – Hold the “Control” key on your keyboard and click a picture. Click “Download Linked File As…” or “Save Link As…”
